Verified Property
A verified-property badge means supporting property information was reviewed. Buyers and tenants must still independently inspect the property and conduct legal due diligence.
Before paying or signing
- Inspect the property in person where practical.
- Confirm the advertiser's identity and authority to offer the property.
- Verify ownership and supporting records with the relevant government offices.
- Use a qualified advocate for land and property transactions.
- Do not rely on a badge as a substitute for due diligence.
- Be cautious about urgent requests to send money.
